Category top pages are broken (404) #13

Previously I would send users to category pages, e.g. for adding DuckDuckGo to a browser, which would show a list of sub-pages within that category. With the domain move, these category pages are now missing, for example:

@tagawa we'll need to investigate if the URL to the category can be treated as a standalone page. We may need to have it redirect to some other url.

For example, we could create an "Overview" or "TOC" page for each category and have the URL redirect there?
