Typographical Errors in CONTRIBUTING.md #2830

Description

The CONTRIBUTING.md contain several typographical error that can hinder understanding and usability for contributors.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. step 1 - visit contributing.md file Bug Fixes Section:

    Current: "Most bug fixes are handled internally, but we will except pull requests..."
Issue: The word "except" is a typo and should be corrected to "accept."

    Release Builds Section:

    Current: "Release builds can be produced in much the same was as the development builds..."
Issue: Typographical error in "was," which should be corrected to "way."
