Description: Add sheet modal that will be presented once the user press the info button on Duck Player

Steps to test this PR: ⚠️ Pending figma animation ⚠️ Pending callbacks from FE

  1. Call DuckPlayerModalPresenter().presentDuckPlayerFeatureModal(on: self) from somewhere in the TabViewController so you can see the modal
  2. Check dark mode, landscape, etc.
  3. Check if the dismiss buttons work
