Description:

This PR makes the GitHub workflow fail when tests are cancelled on Maestro Cloud.

Steps to test this PR:

Verify that runs with "Cancelled" flows are reported as failed. See e.g. https://github.com/duckduckgo/iOS/actions/runs/9791734852
