Document the DuckPAN new command #146

The duckpan new command is not referenced in the DuckPAN man pages or the help command.

Could the command be added to the README.md?

Example:

Create a new Goodie or Spice interactively on the command line duckpan new

f5d31db0-2d3c-11e4-8b6f-73c1dbadf8f4

There's probably a reason it's not included, it which case let me know and I'll close the issue :grinning:

Hahaha knew I was forgetting something. The reason it was never documented was basically because it sucked (implementation was never really finished). But, with recent fixes and hopefully more improvements we can make it a very useful tool. I'll definitely need to document it once I push the new Goodie tutorial live as it uses the command.

:laughing: Thought I'd remind you! It's been an incredibly useful tool for me, originally I started by manually creating each file for a new Spice :grin:

This is fixed with #159 from @moollaza
