DuckPAN should also ensure latest version of WWW::DuckDuckGo installed #20

Seems that many users have older versions of WWW::DuckDuckGo. Its imperative that the latest version is installed and so DuckPAN should enforce that the latest is installed on the client machine.

This should solve Issue #11

It is now set as a requirement in DDG, which gets installed, so we only need to upgrade that.
