DuckPAN New: Should allow command line flag or prompt user for structured Goodie #248

When building a Goodie we should allow a flag or some sort, (e.g. --structured_answer) that builds a Goodie skeleton which returns a a structure_answer object. This is the direction we're heading in for all Goodies, so hopefully this would become the new default.

We'll need a few new templates to use, or we'll need to add some logic to the existing templates.
