Look like this may be the fault of the FlipText Goodie, After reimplementing it (and simplifying it) with Text::UpsideDown it seems to work fine in DuckPAN.
FTR it seems that the "Wide character in print" is an issue with Data::Printer, a bug report already exists but hasn't been responded to
Closing as the issue with FlipText has been fixed
