Suggestion: Take Goodies out of maintenance mode #4761

Description

Since the update UPDATE - August 2019 on https://duckduckhack.com/, it seems there hasn't been any significant uptake in community code contributions to those repos. I propose reopening contributions to the Goodies repo and then phasing in Spice and Fatheads over time. There are many of us who only use the search engine and will probably only use the search engine rather than a suite of privacy extensions such as the browser app, ext, or email - this is the only avenue for community developers to help shape the search experience.
