netherlands country code #682

Should display the country code and not the dialing code.

@yegg I am not sure this exactly qualifies as low-hanging fruit. This requires a new Instant Answer to resolve, unless simply eliminating the calling code triggering is considered resolution.

I thought there was an open pull request for ISO-3166 stuff, but I can't find it either here or in Spice.

Yeah could separate it out -- I was thinking just eliminating this trigger. Please feel free to recategorize anything I do.

@yegg was this related to a DuckDuckHack idea or anything? If not then yes @mintsoft let's make a Goodie issue for an ISO-3166 Goodie!
