Remove BETA.md? #874

BETA.md is outdated since we are no longer in beta, and the DuckPAN install instructions are outdated. I believe we reference this in other places, though?

The redesign tag https://github.com/duckduckgo/zeroclickinfo-spice/issues?labels=Redesign&page=1&state=open should probably take over since it's the one that shows which IAs need redesign work and are the most up to date.

@jagtalon I suppose it's okay to remove it now, it's been a few weeks since we mentioned it. I doubt anyone is using it anymore. This seems to suggest it isn't getting much/any traffic: https://github.com/duckduckgo/zeroclickinfo-spice/graphs/traffic

@moollaza Cool man. Will get rid of it
