byte_t is not a standard type #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. On Mac OS X 10.7
2. gcc readnfccc.c -lnfc -o readnfccc

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
readnfccc.c:30: error: expected declaration specifiers or ‘...’ before 
‘byte_t’

Please provide any additional information below.

Use C99 standard uint8_t instead of byte_t.
uint8_t may not be available on Windows with Viusal C.

Patch attached.
