HEIC to JPEG - Show Output Folder #3

After converting files to JPEG, the Show Output Folder link does not go to the converted files. Rather, the app closes. I dont see any new folders added to the My Pictures folder. I cannot find my converted files.

Hi, and thanks for raising this.

HEIC to JPEG should create a folder in your pictures folder called "HEIC to JPEG Conversions", which is where the link should take you. As this is not the case in your instance, can you confirm that your pictures folder is the Windows default; for example, have you changed it to a hard link, or somewhere else? Have you added libraries to it ?

Internally, HEIC to JPEG just asks Windows where the folder is. When you click on the "Show Output Folder", where does it take you ?

I am having a similar issue. when I click on the Show Output Folder, I am taken to a folder called "HEIC to JPEG Conversions," but the images that I converted are not in the folder. I have done a search on My Computer and it is not in any file. Please advise. Thank you!
