HEIC to JPEG Pro doesn't recognize HEIC files from IPhone 12 Pro Max #4
So I wanted to transfer my iPhone 12 Pro Max photo's to my windows 10 computer.
Apparantly Windows 10 doesn't have the capacity for HEIC files so I purchased this App converter HEIC to JPEG Pro in the Microsoft Store.
And now I wanted to drag a HEIC photo to the HEIC to JPEG Pro converter and the converter just bluntly says: i'm sorry, none of the items dropped were HEIC files.
How on earth is this possible? When I check the photo file propertes it clearly says that my iphone foto's are HEIC files.
So I purchard an app for a few euro's and it doesn't even work properly. Please fix this issue.
