Great point! We've seen a lot of students struggle with this one

In particular, it would be helpful to mention:

[ ] When you press the "tick" button and type a number, you should not see anything appear in the terminal
[ ] It is normal to see "unable to immediately register with ros master" as long there's text after this messasge
[ ] We should include images of what each node should look like when its funcitoning properly, and what the last lines of text will be. A lot of students are confused by "Starting filter..." or "Publishing..." and don't know if its working
[ ] It might be best to add a screen-recorded video of this step
