LED detector node changes #59

Description

Changes to master.launch and LED detector node.

Uncomment in master-launch was preventing indefinite navigation from being run.

Brought the LED detector node up to speed to the changes made to DTROS.

Both should just be bug fixes to make indefinite navigation run.
