Command init_sd_card not working #26

When trying to initialize the sd card i run into the following error:

Reopening until workaround is documented.

Ideally we check that the archive is good and provide a message if not.

I also started getting this error after using Ctrl+C in the middle of a flash. To fix it I used the --reset-cache option for init_sd_card
