Adding calibration map
Adding calibration tile
Decoupling dynamics randomization from domain randomization (domain rand activates many other settings that might not be necessary)
Fix for type check in dynamics rand
Fix for start pose if given in map

@AndreaCensi should we merge the calibration map or not?
