Enable Paolo code #23

I enable my code in your plugin, adding also the change made in order to be compatible with clion 2019.2

@paoloach This is awesome! I was trying to integrate the code and made some progress, but this is really helpful. I will try to write some tests and release an updated version on the plugin repository shortly. Thanks for the PR.
