"Settings -> Tools -> Hatchery" doesn't load #24

Hi! I'd like to edit some configs of your plugin, like project icons (if it's possible) but Settings -> Tools -> Hatchery wont load at all... I've just installed the plugin on a clean CLion v2019.2.1 installation under Ubuntu 18.04

In 2019.3 EAP, I don't even see the Hatchery item in the menu...

The Hatchery settings menu has been renamed to ROS config.

Ok, ROS config works for me, it is showing a list of packages in ROS_ROOT.
