Hatchery using old version for clion 2020 #31

It seems like the 0.3.x versions support 15.0-2019.2.4, whereas the 0.2.x version support 15.0+ according to the jetsbrains plugin repository. This means on clion 2020, hatchery 0.2.x is installed. Is this intentional?
