Duplicate ROS camera nodes? #1

There is another ROS camera node here, although these should also be consolidated:

In this case, I have no preference for which one to keep.

I think I created rpi-duckiebot-camera-node a long time ago. I'm fine with removing it. It contains the whole Software repo but it launches only the camera node.

looking here: https://github.com/duckietown/rpi-duckiebot-camera-node/blob/master/Dockerfile I can see that this one is out of date because it doesn't use the tag master18. Should be deleted if out of date
