Deprecate `bork download` #357

bork download was split out into Homf.

Given that bork download has existed for half a decade(!), it makes sense to deprecate it first.

I started #361 to add the warning.

I think it would make sense to replace the download code with a dependency on homf until bork download is removed entirely, to minimize the maintenance burden, and I started #362 to see what that would look like.
