Add ability to browse instead of just search. #8

Not entirely sure how I want to approach this.

One potential idea is using the preexisting tags to have something like this:

/tags/dip #=> ICs in DIP packages.
/tags/avr #=> AVR ICs.
/tags/microcontroller #=> all microcontrollers.

Preferably also having like /tags/microcontroller/avr or similar for matching multiple tags.

...and then add a way to browse through the website like this.

However, this approach has the down side of needing metadata stored outside of the main JSON files, and I'm not sure how I feel about that.
