Add tweaks in response to Quinn and testing requests #20

This PR represents the final set of features and major tweaks to the Jury system for DurHack 2024.

Effort has been made to fix all major issues identified during testing and to add the desired features, primarily including score export to CSV and batch mark away for projects.

I hope it all works. I was on a bit of a grind these last few days on it which I guess was inevitable...
