[Bug] Adding projects during judging breaks flagging and skipping #8

What Happened?

JSON parsing errors begin occurring if a project is added once judging is already underway. image

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Add some projects to the system as an admin
  2. Begin judging and view a couple of projects, verifying that flag and skip functionality works as expected
  3. Go back to the admin board and add a new project
  4. Return to the judge portal and get a new project to judge
  5. Attempt to flag or skip the project, giving a reason and submitting and note the error

This issue seems to have gone now from my own testing.
