This should align the piggieback dependencies to work with leiningen 2.9.0/2.9.1 (released just last night) and nrepl 0.6.0.
There may be issues using this with older leiningen releases and earlier versions of nrepl. If we don't want to prescribe a version for users to use I wonder if we may need to adopt a conditional require approach, to support leiningen 2.8.3 (c.t/nrepl) and 2.9.0/2.9.1 (nrepl/nrepl)
