What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new process.
2. Save it.
3. In description, enter "Some Test >"
4. Return to the repository.

What is the expected output?
The description displayed is "Some Test >"

What do you see instead?
The description displayed is "Some Test &gt;".
