BPMN Extensions can not be unloaded

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create a BPMn diagram 
1a. You add a stencil set extension
2. you can not get rid of it again

What is the expected output?
- the pop-up menue for adding should also allow unloading extensions

What do you see instead?
- all added extensions just disapear from the list

Please provide any additional information below.
- is there a problem with unloading extensions, other than on the UI side Let 
me know, we can 
discuss a better solution.
