Set up VM configuration files with some server automation tool (Chef, Puppet, Ansible etc.) that allows to launch bot very easily. Use Vagrant for local testing. Describe bot launching in Github Wiki.

[ ] Use puppet provisioner to set up nodejs environment
[ ] Start server on vagrant up command.
