Make entire post a link does not work as expected #351

Hi,

thanks for developing such a nice plug-in!

We want to use the "Make entire post a link" functionality on a loop of Woocomerce Products but it does not work as expected:

The problem is that after activating the option, the add to cart button follows the same link as well. We can add the "ecs-ignore-link" class to the button, as suggested by you in https://github.com/dudaster/ele-custom-skin/issues/278, but this does not fix the issue (nothing happens when clicking on the button). Do you have another idea on how to solve the problem?

Additionally: What kind of link should we use? Linking to the Post-URL works, but I'm not sure if this is best practice according to your comment ("For this link to be SEO friendly please add a link to title or other widgets inside Loop Template"). Could you clarify?
