Pro Version Crashes Website #810

Hello,

I've been using the free version of Elementor Custom Skins but i've decided to upgrade to the premium version to use the carousel feature. After I had upgraded to the pro version, the loops have crashed their respective pages.

I have disable all plugins apart from Elementor, Elementor Pro, Ele Custom Skin and Ele Custom Skin Pro but the error persists.

Can you help me out with this issue please. Thanks for the support

Hi @sebas-mind,

We had a similar issue which you can see from our support request here (https://github.com/dudaster/ele-custom-skin/issues/798).

I contacted the developers directly and I was able to get a bit of insight into what was happening. They are still investigating why this is occurring but I followed these steps to help.

  1. Disable Ele Custom Skin Pro and leave the free version running.
  2. Edit the page(s) with Elementor and remove the loop(s) on their respective page(s) and confirm you can access the pages after the loop has been removed.
  3. Once all loops have been removed from the pages, activate Ele Custom Skin Pro and add the loops back into the pages.

I think there is some bug in the plugin for existing loops, and when you activate Ele Custom Skin Pro, it's causing a conflict with the existing loops. Therefore, you need to add these loops while Ele Custom Skin Pro is activated but you can't because your existing loops are causing the crash.

I hope this helps, if not, it may be best to see what the developer replies with.
