Is Ele Custom Skin Abandoned? #900

I've not seen any new replies or fixes for questions asked in the last couple of months. I just renewed my license. I need to know if I need to find a different plugin. Thanks

It appears to be an abandoned plugin that still collects $$. I've never had a question answered. Sadly, it's the only plugin that allows me to do what I need to do. Im hoping Elementor's new custom loop and grid functionality catches up soon.

Oh my goodness. They just collected my annual subscription fee. AND Elementor Pro's loop and grid functionality is not ready. It's still in beta. I'll contact Gum Road to tell them what's going on and maybe get a refund. I really need this functionality. My site depends upon it.

I don't know that it's "abandoned." I just think it's not well supported. It's been seven months since the plugin was last updated. I rely on it and would have told the client to use a design that didn't need this functionality (there are many custom grid/loop plugins). This one has some features I havent been able to find elseware. I wish they would support it or at least communicate.

What can this plugin do that Elementor loop builder cant? I used it on many sites while its still in beta without any issue. Stop wasting your money on a plugin that like this.

I needed to create a custom archive grid with alternating size cards... https://viapartnership.com/utilities-and-water-infrastructure/ Ele Custom Skin Pro was the ONLY way I could do it. Let me know if you have a better way!

@decpress You can use the "Post grid" widget of Element pack pro. Scroll down in this homepage and see I built a similar masonry grid getting the featured images and post titles from a CTP I´ve created.

Then, if you guys know how I can build a carrousel from a custom loop and CTP, please help me with that, because I used to do it with this plugin but it has bugs, it´s not working for me (error with number of columns, broken carrousel, etc).

Thank you. That is not the effect I'm trying to achieve. I need a 60%/40% - 40%/60% alternating grid. The one on your plugin is fixed at either 50/50 or has alternating two posts and three posts.

I believe elementor has a custom carousel in its pro version. And, by the way, you don't need to have an elementor cloud hosting account to use their custom loops and grids... but their functions are very limited as of now.

I wish these all had the ability for better custom queries. I just purchased this and wondering why now ElementorPro has some of these features.
