Experiencing Distorted Content with Eli Custom Skin Loop Cards #907

Hi there Support Team,

I'm experiencing a quirky issue that's popped up on my WordPress site that I'm currently building and need resolved before the site official launch.

Here's the scenario: I've built a job board using the Elementor Pro page builder and the BuddyBoss theme. It all looked fine on my end until I started receiving some feedback from my test users. It seems there's been an oddity happening and the issue appears to only be affecting the loop cards created with the Eli Custom Skin plugin. Most with the job listings loop cards.

What's happening is a little peculiar. The loop cards - which hold text, images, buttons, and so forth are displaying all the right content, but they're presenting everything in double and triple view, and it looks quite distorted.

The issue has been spotted by our beta tester users on different browsers such as DuckDuckGo, Google Chrome, and Safari and is being seen on desktops and iPads alike. As a side note, I did some sleuthing myself on a Google Pixel mobile device, and Same issue, but I can only replicate the issue when the browser is looking at the site on mobile in a desktop view or turned horizontal. When looking at the site on an actual desktop there is no issue on my end but one of the test users claims it happening on all devices and browsers they try but I can not replicate the issue everywhere.

In an attempt to resolve this, I ensured all the plugins and WordPress itself were up-to-date. Tried clearing the cache from the site and had the test users clear their cache as well. But the issue persists.

This issue only occurs with loop cards created via the Eli Custom Skin plugin, and hasn't been found anywhere else on the site except for the loop cards.

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Alan Billings
