Read more excerpt not displaying properly on safari #924

Hi there;

We're using Eli Custom Skin free version and the excerpt text displays properly in Google Chrome, But in safari we see the whole text, and then the "read more". Is there a way to fix this?

Attached are screen shots of chrome and safari post layout.
