Static placeholders are missing #1

Sometimes in the workflow you need to insert such items, which are not available in the DB, e.g. WorklistItemLink, Current Destination Name etc. For this it would be great to have another Configuration parameter, where such 'so-called' Static input parameters can be defined.

Committed the new piece of code. Added the following:

Parameter into the ServiceConfiguration - StaticPlaceholder
Modified EmailTemplateSO to have the code
