When ADO.NET query uses exec, it returns all properties. Not possible to specify, which column is to be returned #9

In order to fix this, we need to do the following:

[x] Add 1 more property to the Placeholders SMO, i.e. 'ReturnProperty'
[x] Add 1 more ServiceConfiguration parameter
[x] Change the GetEmailTemplate method so that Return Property is used
