Read again your previous story about RBL in #2.
Write a new story with your current knowledge about it by planning
- Time schedule (include weekly progress report),
- References (code, article, blog, etc),
- Output target (journal article, code, library, procedure, etc).
- If journal or seminar, where to publish and / or deliver,
- If code, where to share or publish,
- If library, where to publish and share,
- Collaboration type: Individual or group (mention possible members up to 3 person / group),
- If group, who will be the first author (or other consideration),
- Possible challenges, and
- Final report format and its reference (it depends on type of output target).
- The story should be at least 5 minutes of reading and maximum 10 minutes.

Estimation time ~ 6 hours.
