Though it is already possible in macOS System Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts: https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/mchlp2271/mac

Thanks for sharing the link. I successfully swapped the shortcuts for postpone by 10 minutes and 1 hour. It would be great if customize shortcuts feature becomes available in app itself.
