Auto-complete time in date parsing #186

When trying to input a time (14:00) for today (that's "Heute" on German) it would be great IMHO when Due would suggest 14:00 after I type 14 and correct the minutes only if I input any.

Right now I have to input „1400“ (for today, or „14:00“ - with the colon, see also below - for anything else) otherwise the default (that’s „12:00“) will be set as time.
