Parsing "today 6.00" should try 6pm if 6am is already overdue #204

Hello, as a long time user, it seems that Due had gotten “stupider” in the last update? Today, in the afternoon, I typed a reminder and typed the time of "today 6.00” and it set it to overdue and in the past: ie. 6.00 am this morning. I prefer not having to use 24 hour time and in the afternoon typing “today 6.00” should default to 6 pm without having to be told. I don’t believe this was a problem before.
