There were two simplified icons for Nematodes and Zebrafish in the working directory which overwrote the previous versions as they had the same name.
I have restored the previous detailed versions to preserve the set and added the simplified new versions as
Zebrafish_simplified.svg
Nematode_simplified.svg

This will make both versions available.
