Complier error - ulpcc_counter eample #70

Arduino 1.8.13 esp32 core 1.0.4

I can run ulp_README example and ulp_adc example. but when i complier ulpcc_counter eample.

there is the error as below.

ulpcc is not supported on Windows exit status 1
