Is a fix for people with slow computers having issues with #8

Please @dufferzafar can you already merge this quick fix and bump version up? Although not a total fix, it does solve issue #8 most of the time.

Oh but @dufferzafar, it needs the very simplistic #21 version bump to be distributed to users as auto‐update. Sorry.
