(I'm unsure how to quickly disable my other extensions temporarily to check if they're conflicting with Playlist Labels.)

I think this is fixed now. I followed the process in the .gif and the playlist was removed as expected. Please reopen this if it occurs again. Also, thanks for the detailed .gif.
