Support for xml-rpc <nil> element #87

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Receiving XML-RPC response with <nil> element

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is struct including/excluding <nil>.
Instead exception is experienced.

I have parameter:
<param>
<value><nil></value>
</param>
I would expect to match to following... method(int? id)
