Fix parser engine #28

And:

Delete dist
Delete index
Add dist to gitignore
Point package at dist (not dist/src) because ../package.json
Add tsconfig rootDir at src (to avoid dist/src)

Appreciate that is a lot of changes. If I get a chance I will add tests. Also, let me know if you're interested in setting up CI like over at mattroberts297/tspath.

A bit late maybe, it still works after all these years... gonna give it some love now! And then leave again :)
