I'm adding Costco.com - with a screenshot - to the list, since a max password length of 16 characters is very short in late 2021.
This would replace the seemingly inactive pull request #109.
I listed the rules out, since I'm brand new to reStructuredText (RST) is brand new to me and I didn't see alt text being used (yet).
