Add Stuttgart Media University site #447

First of all, thank you for creating this website. I have been collecting screenshots like these for years now. I have to admit, I'm a little bit jealous that I didn't came up with this 👏.

This pull request adds the site "Stuttgart Media University" (Germany).

Besides adding the site, in a separate commit, I added the tailwindcss typography plugin to improve the description's markdown styling. Now, all markdown content should be rendered nicely, e.g. hyperlinks, code blocks, etc.

If you want, I could always split this into two separate pull requests.
