This pull request adds the first-party tailwindcss typography plugin to improve the description's markdown styling on a site's detail view. Now, all markdown content should be rendered nicely, e.g. hyperlinks, code blocks, etc.
This change was previously included in #447, but was moved out to a separate pull request.
